These four awards will be given to the prjects completed in 2007 that demonstrate the positive outcomes that can be achieved through the whole team being commited to building in quality. Any high quality construction project - large or small - is eligiblefor these awards so long as it was processed by an LABC department.

Awards Categories are:

• Best Commercial Project
• Best Housing/Residential Project
• Best One Off House (Conversion or Extension)
• Best Public/Community Project
