The awards effectively cover projects completed in 2007.

The submissions will be judged by a panel of judges who consist of professionals from across the construction industry. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Finally, the winners and finalists of the awards may state in advertising, promotional material and on their stationary that they are a winner, but it must make it clear which category and the year in which they were successful.
